Understanding the Delivery Process

General Information

All purchases are shipped from our main office in Chandigarh through reputed courier services. For pin codes not covered by said services, the delivery will be made via Speed-post.

Please allow us the following number of days from receipt of your order:

For Domestic Delivery

Via Courier: 3-6 business days (depending on your location)
Via Speed-Post: 10-12 business days

For International Delivery

Via Reputed Courier Partners (DHL/FEDEX): 10-15 Business Days

Customs and International Shipping

Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a client may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent custom duty charges will be levied. In case these custom charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these fees.

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. (Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are shipped on Monday).

In case there is a delay in the dispatch of your products due to any reason, we will inform you about the same.
